How do I fund my wallet?

What are the payout fees?

Oremi offers a clear, flat payout fee structure to ensure affordable access:

South Africa: Flat R30 fee for bank payouts and mobile e-wallets.
Nigeria: Flat ₦100 fee for transfers to any Nigerian bank.

Can I recover my wallet if I forget my PIN?

Yes! Send forgot pin in chat. You will be prompted to receive a 6-digit OTP code via email, WhatsApp, or SMS. Once verified, you can configure a brand new 4-digit PIN. Your keys will be rotated on-chain to maintain security.

Is Oremi self-custodial?

Absolutely. Your smart account keys are generated on-chain using cryptographic key derivation that only your PIN can sign. Oremi servers never store your private keys, seed words, or transaction PIN, ensuring that your funds remain entirely in your control.
