1. Self-Custody Core
At Oremi, we believe in complete financial autonomy. Because we implement a **decentralized, self-custody wallet model**, we never hold or manage your private keys. Your keys are derived locally on-chain based on your transaction PIN, keeping you in complete control.
2. Information We Process
To execute your transactions and connect with you conversationally, we process:
- Telegram User ID & WhatsApp ID: Used solely to persist your chatbot sessions.
- Public Blockchain Addresses: To identify incoming deposits.
- Temporary Banking Details: Collected temporarily to initiate payouts via Flutterwave/Korapay.
3. Zero-Custody Security
We do not store, view, or log your 4-digit transaction PIN, nor your 12-word seed recovery phrase. All encryption operations are executed locally within the active bot session memory and never shared with external servers.
4. Data Deletion
You can delete your wallet profile and all linked history permanently at any time by going to Settings → Delete wallet inside the chat interface. All data will be deleted instantly from our database.
